Surah Adh Dhariyat (The Wind that Scatter) Ayat 27

فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ إِلَيْهِمْ قَالَ أَلَا تَأْكُلُونَ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: So he brought it near them. He said: What! will you not eat?
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: And placed it before them.. he said, "Will ye not eat?"
  • M.Pickthall: And he set it before them, saying: Will ye not eat?
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: And he placed it before them. (Seeing their hesitation) he said, `Will you not eat?´
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: Then he turned aside to his family and brought a fat calf.
