Surah Al Balad (The City) Ayat 2

وَأَنتَ حِلٌّۢ بِهَٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: And you shall be made free from obligation in this city--
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: And thou art a freeman of this City;-
  • M.Pickthall: And thou art an indweller of this city -
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: When you will surely alight (as a conqueror) in this city.
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: And the begetter and he whom he begot!
