Surah Al Mutaffifin (Those Who Deal in Fraud) Ayat 14

كَلَّا ۖ بَلْ ۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Nay! rather, what they used to do has become like rust upon their hearts.
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: By no means! but on their hearts is the stain of the (ill) which they do!
  • M.Pickthall: Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts.
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: Nay (not at all so), the truth is that their (evil) deeds have rusted their hearts.
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: Nay, surely they are that day debarred form their Lord.
