إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Surely We have created everything according to a measure.
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure.
