ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: Who whispers into the hearts of men,

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: (The same) who whispers into the hearts of Mankind,-
