ذِى قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: The processor of strength, having an honorable place with the Lord of the Dominion,

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne,

M.Pickthall: Mighty, established in the presence of the Lord of the Throne,

Amatul Rahmân Omer: Possessor of power, occupying a (glorious) secure position with the Lord of the Throne,

Maulana Mohammad Ali: One (to be) obeyed, and faithful.
