  • قَالَ
  • أَرَءَيْتَ
  • إِذْ
  • أَوَيْنَآ
  • إِلَى
  • ٱلصَّخْرَةِ
  • فَإِنِّى
  • نَسِيتُ
  • ٱلْحُوتَ
  • وَمَآ
  • أَنسَىٰنِيهُ
  • إِلَّا
  • ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ
  • أَنْ
  • أَذْكُرَهُۥ
  • ۚ
  • وَٱتَّخَذَ
  • سَبِيلَهُۥ
  • فِى
  • ٱلْبَحْرِ
  • عَجَبًا
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: He (- the young comrade) replied, `Did you see (what happened) when we betook ourselves to the rock for shelter, I forgot (all about) the fish; and none but satan made me forget to mention this (to you) and behold! it made its way into the river. What a wonder (that I should thus forget)!
