Salat Al Juma - How to perform the obligatory two rakats part of the friday congregational prayer

Firstly, we state our intention (niyyah) in our hearts or audibly that we are going to perform the two rakats fardh of the Salat Al Juma by saying "I intend to perform the the obligatory two rakats part of the Salat Al Juma for the consent of Allah". We say takbir "ALLAHU AKBAR" (Allah is the greatest).

After that, Reciting silently "Subhanaka". Listen to the recitation of the Holy Quran. The Imam will recite Surah Al Fatiha (the first Surah of the Quran) and then another Surah

Stay in ruku', at least for a time during which "Subhana Rabb'i-y-al-Adhiym" could be said three times calmly and comfortably.

Then we return to the standing position saying "Sami Allahu li-man hamidah ". We stand still for a moment and say: " Rabb'ana lakal hamd"

Then we go to prostration (sajdah) by saying "Allahu Akbar". In sajdah we say three times "Subhanarabb'iy-al-A 'la".

Then we rise and sit from the first sajdah by saying "Allahu Akbar" (Both hands should be placed on the thighs.) and then we go for the second 'Sajdah' by saying" Allahu Akbar " again.

Then we go to prostration (sajdah) by saying "Allahu Akbar". In sajdah we say three times "Subhanarabb'iy-al-A 'la".

Then we rise back from sajdah to the standing position by saying: "Allahu Akbar". We clasp our hands, thus the second rakat starts. The Imam will first recite from the Holy Quran first Surah Al Fatiha and another Surah. After this we go to ruku' again

We sit on the 'Qadah' by saying "Allahu Akbar ". It shall be the same as mentioned in connection with the method of sitting between 'Sajdahs'. In Qadah we recite At-tahiyyat, Allah-umma salli, Allah-umma Barik and Rabbana.
Then we turn for 'Salaam' first to our right sides by saying "As Salaam-u alaikum wa rahmatullah"

After that we turn to the left side saying "As Salaam-u alaikum wa rahmatullah" again. (We should turn our neck just enough that our cheeks become visible to the person sitting behind us.)

Thus we have finished performing the obligatory two rakats part of the Salat al juma.
