While raising your hands in the manner stated above, we say takbir "Allahu Akbar"
After that, we start to recite first "Subhanaka"; after Subhanaka we say:"Audhu billahi min-ash-shayta -nir-rajeem Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-raheem" and recite Surah Al Fatiha. Then we recite some other surah.
Stay in ruku', at least for a time during which "Subhana Rabb'i-y-al-Adhiym" could be said three times calmly and comfortably.
Then we return to the standing position saying "Sami Allahu li-man hamidah ". We stand still for a moment and say: "Rabb'ana lakal hamd"
