  • وَٱلَّذِى
  • نَزَّلَ
  • مِنَ
  • ٱلسَّمَآءِ
  • مَآءًۢ
  • بِقَدَرٍ
  • فَأَنشَرْنَا
  • بِهِۦ
  • بَلْدَةً
  • مَّيْتًا
  • ۚ
  • كَذَٰلِكَ
  • تُخْرَجُونَ
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: And (it is He) Who sends down again and again water from the clouds according to a set decree and in proper measure and by this means We revive the dead territory. That is how you (too) shall be brought forth (alive).
