Amatul Rahmân Omer:
And certainly We bestowed Our (gracious) favours on David. (We said,) `O (you dwellers of the) mountains, obey him.´ And (We assigned) the birds and the swift footed horses (their duty); and We made the iron soft and pliant for him.
