Surah Ad Dhuha (The Forenoon) Ayat 9

فَأَمَّا ٱلْيَتِيمَ فَلَا تَقْهَرْ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Therefore, as for the orphan, do not oppress (him).
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Therefore, treat not the orphan with harshness,
  • M.Pickthall: Therefor the orphan oppress not,
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: Therefore as to the orphan, do not allow him to be an oppressed person.
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: And him who asks, chide not.
