كَلَّآ إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ لَيَطْغَىٰٓ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Nay! man is most surely inordinate,
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Day, but man doth transgress all bounds,
  • M.Pickthall: Nay, but verily man is rebellious
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: Nay! (it is not at all as these people think), this human being does indeed indulge in transgression,
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: Because he looks upon himself as self-sufficient.
