تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ

The angels and Gibreel descend in it by the permission of their Lord for every affair,
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
Therein come down the angels and the Spirit by Allah´s permission, on every errand:

The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees.

The angels and the Divine word come down therein, by the command of their Lord to (determine) each and every affair.
