إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: When he said to his father and his people: What is it that you worship?

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Behold! he said to his father and to his people, "What is that which ye worship?

M.Pickthall: When he said unto his father and his folk: What is it that ye worship?

Amatul Rahmân Omer: (And) when he asked his sire and his people, `What is it that you worship?

Maulana Mohammad Ali: When he came to his Lord with a secure heart.
