  • شَهْرُ
  • رَمَضَانَ
  • ٱلَّذِىٓ
  • أُنزِلَ
  • فِيهِ
  • ٱلْقُرْءَانُ
  • هُدًى
  • لِّلنَّاسِ
  • وَبَيِّنَٰتٍ
  • مِّنَ
  • ٱلْهُدَىٰ
  • وَٱلْفُرْقَانِ
  • ۚ
  • فَمَن
  • شَهِدَ
  • مِنكُمُ
  • ٱلشَّهْرَ
  • فَلْيَصُمْهُ
  • ۖ
  • وَمَن
  • كَانَ
  • مَرِيضًا
  • أَوْ
  • عَلَىٰ
  • سَفَرٍ
  • فَعِدَّةٌ
  • مِّنْ
  • أَيَّامٍ
  • أُخَرَ
  • ۗ
  • يُرِيدُ
  • ٱللَّهُ
  • بِكُمُ
  • ٱلْيُسْرَ
  • وَلَا
  • يُرِيدُ
  • بِكُمُ
  • ٱلْعُسْرَ
  • وَلِتُكْمِلُوا۟
  • ٱلْعِدَّةَ
  • وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا۟
  • ٱللَّهَ
  • عَلَىٰ
  • مَا
  • هَدَىٰكُمْ
  • وَلَعَلَّكُمْ
  • تَشْكُرُونَ
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: The (lunar) month of Ramadzân is that in which the Qur´ân (started to be) revealed as a guidance for the whole of mankind with its clear evidences (providing comprehensive) guidance and the Discrimination (between right and wrong). Therefore he who shall witness the month, should fast (for full month) during it, but he who is sick or is on a journey shall fast (to make up) the prescribed number in other days. Allâh wishes facility for you and does not wish hardship for you. (This facility is given to you) that you may complete the number (of required fasts) and you may exalt the greatness of Allâh for His having guided you, and that you may render thanks (to Him).
