يَخْتَصُّ

بِرَحْمَتِه۪

مَنْ

يَشَٓاءُۜ

وَاللّٰهُ

ذُو

الْفَضْلِ

الْعَظ۪يمِ

Amatul Rahmân Omer: Allâh has singled out for His grace (of the bestowal of Divine revelation) one whom He has pleased, for Allâh is the Lord of great eminence.
