يَخْتَصُّ

بِرَحْمَتِهِۦ

مَن

يَشَآءُ

وَٱللَّهُ

ذُو

ٱلْفَضْلِ

ٱلْعَظِيمِ

Amatul Rahmân Omer: Allâh has singled out for His grace (of the bestowal of Divine revelation) one whom He has pleased, for Allâh is the Lord of great eminence.
