Amatul Rahmân Omer:
(Prophet!) He who has made (the teaching of) the Qur´ân binding on you shall most surely bring you back to your ordained place of return, (the place of Pilgrimage - Makkah). Say, `My Lord knows him best who has brought guidance as well as those who are steeped in clear error.´
