إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Surely He it is Who originates and reproduces,
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life).
