ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ ٱلْوَتِينَ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: Then We would certainly have cut off his aorta.
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart:
  • M.Pickthall: And then severed his life-artery,
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: And then surely We would have cut off his jugular vein;
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: And surely it is a Reminder for the dutiful.
