ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ ۖ وَكَفَىٰ بِهِۦٓ إِثْمًا مُّبِينًا
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
See how they forge the lie against Allah, and this is sufficient as a manifest sin.
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
Behold! how they invent a lie against Allah! but that by itself is a manifest sin!

See, how they invent lies about Allah! That of itself is flagrant sin.

Behold! how they forge lies against Allâh, and sufficient is that as a very flagrant sin (to prove their sinfulness).
