Surah Al Fajr (The Break of Day or The Dawn) Ayat 11

ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَٰدِ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: Who committed inordinacy in the cities,

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: (All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,

M.Pickthall: Who (all) were rebellious (to Allah) in these lands,

Amatul Rahmân Omer: (All these people were) those who committed (all sort of) excesses in the cities,

Maulana Mohammad Ali: And made great mischief therein?
