فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: Therefore your Lord let down upon them a portion of the chastisement.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: Therefore did thy Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements:

M.Pickthall: Therefore thy Lord poured on them the disaster of His punishment.

Amatul Rahmân Omer: (So much) so that your Lord let loose on them the scourge and various kinds of punishments.

Maulana Mohammad Ali: Surely thy Lord is Watchful;
