فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ
Muhammad Habib Shakir:
So We seized him and his hosts and hurled them into the sea and he was blamable.
Abdullah Yusuf Ali:
So We took him and his forces, and threw them into the sea; and his was the blame.
M.Pickthall:
So We seized him and his hosts and flung them in the sea, for he was reprobate.
Amatul Rahmân Omer:
So We took him and his forces to task and threw them into the sea. Indeed, he (- Pharaoh) was himself blameworthy.
Maulana Mohammad Ali:
But he turned away on account of his might and said: An enchanter or a madman!
