Surah Ta Ha (Ta Ha) Ayat 20

فَأَلْقَىٰهَا فَإِذَا هِىَ حَيَّةٌ تَسْعَىٰ

Muhammad Habib Shakir: So he cast it down; and lo! it was a serpent running.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali: He threw it, and behold! It was a snake, active in motion.

M.Pickthall: So he cast it down, and lo! it was a serpent, gliding.

Amatul Rahmân Omer: So he cast it down and lo! it was (like) a serpent; running about.

Maulana Mohammad Ali: He said: Cast it down, O Moses.
