  • Surah Ash Shuara (The Poets) Ayat 4


  • إِن
  • نَّشَأْ
  • نُنَزِّلْ
  • عَلَيْهِم
  • مِّنَ
  • ٱلسَّمَآءِ
  • ءَايَةً
  • فَظَلَّتْ
  • أَعْنَٰقُهُمْ
  • لَهَا
  • خَٰضِعِينَ
  • Muhammad Habib Shakir: If We please, We should send down upon them a sign from the heaven so that their necks should stoop to it.
  • Abdullah Yusuf Ali: If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility.
  • M.Pickthall: If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it.
  • Amatul Rahmân Omer: If We so please We can send down upon them such a sign from above that their necks would bend (and heads bow down) in submission to it.
  • Maulana Mohammad Ali: Perhaps thou wilt kill thyself with grief because they believe not.
